Premarital counseling ensures a strong start for couples looking to build a life together. While premarital suggests you might get married down the road, maybe this is not the direction you are heading. Whatever type of relationship fits you best, I am excited to help you become the best partner team possible! I am a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator and may use the couple’s assessment as an enrichment tool. Studies have shown that couples taking an assessment and receiving feedback significantly improve their relationship. Here is what you can expect when you contract with me. Our first contact will be a free 15-minute phone consult to ensure I am the correct therapist for you. When we have decided I am a good fit for you, we will schedule our first 50-minute couples’ session. During the first session there will be some intake paperwork and time for you to share your love story. After deciding on taking the Prepare and Enrich Assessment, you will receive an email invitation and log on information. You will both receive your own assessment and I ask that you take your time and not complete the assessment together. When you have both completed the assessment, I will be informed and receive the feedback. Our second couple’s session will be looking over the results and beginning the journey.
